The Clear to Close Program is our way of giving back. Each month, We Scope selects at least one — sometimes more — buyers who are stretching to qualify for their home. Whether it’s a single mom, a single dad, a young couple, or anyone working hard to make homeownership possible, we step in to help.
Those selected receive a free sewer scope, giving them peace of mind before closing. If the line is clear, they can move forward with confidence. If issues are found, they can use that knowledge to negotiate repairs or a better deal before moving in.
